How it Works
Speed is created, transferred and expressed. Our Three Energy System identifies where speed is gained, where it is lost and how each bowler can improve.
Input Energy
Your run-up creates the momentum you carry into the crease. Input Energy breaks down your run-up length, rhythm, tempo, and intensity to determine how effectively you use momentum and how much capacity you have left.
Effective Energy
Your technique determines how efficiently momentum is transferred through your bowling action. Effective Energy is an analysis of your biomechanics and bowling action. By improving this Energy System, you can amplify your speed through the crease and snap in your action.
Impact Energy
Impact Energy is a measure of your athletic attributes that affect your ability to stabilise your bowling action as well as generate power and speed.
